I made one similar to that pic - but I used MS Windows Paint and it a 98TB bitmap. The only diffeance was my train was going into Chicago not away.

Because Bert Monroy is known as the #1 photoshop'er.

It's a good work, but for his skill level, I'd expect more than a few cheap ass bevel and emboss styles in a lot of places.
