The Holiday Race has started. Here are the starting numbers.

Recently, Bullseye became billionaire too, and 3rd in the TeAm.

Thanks for the correction ! I had to go back and look at the stats EO. He is not in the inter-team race I guess.

the ppd for the day for each player, then added up in the total team points

Yep. For day 1, that will be your ppd, but after that you will have to divide your total by what day it is to get ppd average.

But Howdy is not on OUR team.....

He halfway is until the 8th, when the [H] contest is over. 🙂

Day 0 points are everyone's total points at the start of the race. Every morning I'll plug in everyone's current total points and then subtract the day 0 points to get the race points. The race point column is total race points for each team member and the sum of that column will be the teams total race points. I wasn't planning on adding PPD columns or other types of stats. If anyone would like to supplement my rudimentary stats with other types of data, that is certainly fine with me.

Since this is a race and all points are valuable, F@H downloads another WU prior to the running WU finishing. It's value is set to download a new WU at 99%, so depending on your GPU the remaining time will cost you points. The bonus clock starts when the new WU is received so add "next-unit-percentage" to your "Expert" configuration.
Configure>Expert tab> Add> Name: next-unit-percentage/ Value: 100 > Save

The teams are way out of balance right now but there are a couple of factors to consider.

1) Some are all in for the race with [H] and may back off or drop out after the race.
2) Some will move their hardware to the PG race when that starts

On one hand, bonus points for early finish might be lost by downloading early, on the other, when downloading late there is a bit of computation time lost while the GPU is idle waiting for the WU to download. I'm not sure how we would tell if this mod is helping ppd or not...?

Yeah, right now we are running full steam ahead, and the party is on at the saloon deck.
But the forecast indicates heavy drift ice on Dec 8, and icebergs+fog from Dec 12 onwards.

Sorry folks, I am not ready to race yet. November 29, when I was installing F@H, my computer crashed. I am now waiting for parts ... it will take a day or two more ... :-(

@lane42, @Ken g6, you and I have ten days left to come up with a convincing reason for @Markfw to switch over with you then. ;-)
