trust me... those that go to that type of resort are not the ones to gawk at.
its mostly families and older cuoples at most nude resorts. since this is an adult only, i am sure there will be mostly older couples.
and its funny... on a similar note, when my FI and i went on a cruise last FEb we went to Oreint Bay Beach in St Martin, which is a clothing optional beach... He was psyched thinking he'd see all the hot girls walking around and he got quite a shock when all he saw was an 80 yr old couple walking around with the wife topless and "hanging" and both in a "stars and stripes" matching thongs!!!

I'm not interested in seeing any unclad males besides mine, and if there do happen to be pretty girls then I don't see a problem with a respectful look. Looking is fine and completely harmless, but anything more than that is a no-no.

my advice is dont go. youre being naive if you think it wont happen, for both of you. i dont believe for one second that there is no other male out there that you wouldnt delight in seeing naked.

maybe you two should define a "respectful look" before you go. hell, define a respectful look to me.

not trying to bash or offend, but these issues WILL arise considering neither of you are nudists, or have been to one before.

No... no, there aren't many other clothing-required resorts that we could score just as good of a deal at. And don't worry, I won't be nude... I plan on wearing a robe the entire time. I appreciate your concern, but I think we're both mature enough to handle being around naked people (particularly the ones Lola so vividly described 😉 )... and as for a "respectful look", it's one of admiration vs. a lewd one. Kinda like appreciating a beautiful sculpture.
 
You want to give him a real birthday gift ? stay home for the weekend. Taking a wife or g/friend to a nudist colony for the weekend is like bringing sand to the beach.
 
Yes, the beach I was at in St. Marteen was clothing optional.

I'd say 5% of the people took them up on that option.

No big deal.

 
I used to date a girl who was a nudist but her parents made us split up because they felt we were seeing too much of each other.

I'd like to reiterate that the majority of nude people were either old or out of shape. The middle-aged biker couples are especially hard to look at

um, I have nothing to add to this thread except that I find Tomato's handle entertaining. There was this girl back in bible school that the teacher called Tomato by mistake. It turned out that Tomato lived a block from me. I used to mess around near the creek by her house. I don't think I ever new her real name... Yeah, good times. 😀
