There's nothing fancy about that line of code. What people typically make available to the public is the application of such lines of code, and how/why to use said code to perform tasks.

Unless you have a specific project in mind that you would want to contribute to, then you could setup a blog and post examples of useful scripts and explain why your code works, what it does, and even provide some examples of the code in a broader scope to give people an example of the code in use.
