Trying to remain coherent and rational while on the phone with CA support is like trying to endure a tooth pulling while watching American idol reruns on a 50'' 480i Plasma while a board-rejected plastic surgeon rips out skin out of the roof of your mouth and transplants it onto your face in a pattern that spells out "mai bitch" on your for head....

I got transfered back to customer service TWICE by tech support cause they needed to verify obvious info...

Ahhh ... "Computer Associates International, Inc." Some type of software company ... I'd never heard of them before today. (perhaps I've lived a sheltered life...)


Is the plastic surgeon using a dull spoon, or perhaps maybe even a spork?
