I got transfered back to customer service TWICE by tech support cause they needed to verify obvious info...

Ahhh ... "Computer Associates International, Inc." Some type of software company ... I'd never heard of them before today. (perhaps I've lived a sheltered life...)


Is the plastic surgeon using a dull spoon, or perhaps maybe even a spork?
