$140 Smartisan U1 launches on Sep 1st, but only in China

Another Chinese mobile brand Smartisan released the new Smartisan U1 last night. The price of Smartisan U1 will start at 899 CNY ($140 USD), as stated above.

This device has a decent 5.5-inch 1080p display, a Snapdragon 615 processor, 2 GB of RAM, 16-32 GB of internal storage, dual SIM slots, a 13 MP rear camera, a 5 MP front-facing shooter and a 2900 mah battery. Other than the last Smartisan OS that is likely copycat Android ROM, the new Smartisan OS 2.0 with intuitive interface seems more interesting and user-friendly.

Who is making all of these 5.5" 1080p screens? Seems like there's been a flood of them over the past year, why couldn't there be a flood of 5" screens or something.
Specs look great for the price, im sure many people would buy it, camera is probably crap though.
