$14 Billion Aid Request for Israel expected to be approved

I once read it that USA give Israel more aid than they (meaning USA) gives to entire sub-Saharan Africa. I leave it to you to figure out how many people live in sub-Saharan African when compared to Israel. And I leave it to you to figure out who would need that money more.

If any of the sub-Saharan dictators allowed us to aid their people directly, we would do it. We are certainly not going to give some third-world despot billions of dollars to buy more ak-47's or more $45,000,000 jets.
