1394 wire colors where do they go?

I dont have a cable for 1394 firewire that plugs directly into my mobo to refrence but I want to take a wire I recieved with a front panel and chop the male adapter off and put all the wires in a harness and plug it directly into my motherboard so I dont have stupid wires strung through my case and out the back of my computer then into the 1394 port.

My question is which colored wires go where in the harness.
 
BTW the adapter I have has the following wires

thick black
thin black
orange
green
white
red
blue

If anyone has pics that would be great too.
