how do you know they're not fakes? there are some pretty damn good fakes out there.
 
I know there not fakes because I bought it not from a guy with a lot of software but a guy who buys storage auctions then resells the crap at the swap meet. He had know idea what these Cd's were!

I could see if it he was selling Software but he wasn't he had a box full of crap and I happed to find those.

Also I am comparing to my CD that I bought years ago and its EXACTLY the same.

in all honesty i threw away my win98SE with serial a few months ago and just convinced my friend about 2 weeks ago to do the same lol, they are pretty much worthless and would be a shame to run it on any machine worth running

So whats the legality of selling the software because why would you throw it away? Its on ebay all the time for $$ you could have gotten at least $40+ for it or more! check ebay yourself.

No not just you I deleted it too many idiots.

I guess I am the only one who has old machines around that runs 98 just fine. Its funny since everyone here hates 98SE and thinks it belongs in the gutter PM me and I will buy it from you for $$ so let me know.

Let me know if you want to make a few bucks.

For the record its not the CD-Key its the License.txt file.
