I watched the first 2 episodes and I have to say it's the worst reality show I've ever seen. It's supposed to be like a horror reality show...but the contestants KNOW they can't really be hurt. Plus the 'mastermind' as he calls himself is using the Jigsaw voice effect.

The production is equally horrid. Tonight they're about to tell the contestants what the challenge for the night will be. This one girl says "oooh nooo I hate the water!!!" or something to that effect. The problem is the 'mastermind' didn't tell them they'd be out in the water for a few more seconds. I guess it was a production error that somehow got through. Then they're showing an interview with her supposedly right after this, and she's going on and on about how she hates snakes. I was asking my gf why the F she's babbling about snakes. Want to guess what the challenge involved in addition to water?

ugh. Worst reality show ever

no. But one of the girls has this huge herpes blister on her lower lip. It may actually count as a third lip

i watched about 10 minutes of the first episode. that was all i could stand... everyone there is just plain airheads or stupid. is television really sunk down to the level of watching stupid people get freaked out over stupid things considered show worthy? the only reality show i think thats decent is probably 'worlds dealiest catch.' now, lets say you put the same contestants from 'fear is real' on THAT show, now we're talking entertainment.

I was in one of my really deep think sessions when I realized that fear is learned. Babies have no fear and kids only develop it after being taught what to be afraid of. So what all are we teaching our kids to be afraid of and who are we to decide what they should fear?

Then I flushed.
