12v rail Question

Got TTGI 550SS last week,
boot it up and run prime95, the 12v rail dropped to 11.50, even 11.30 after 2 hours priming.

Does this number still reasonable?

ps: also the 12v ran at 11.90v idle
all voltage measured using radioshack digi-multitester

11.34vdefault stock vcore priming95

Hmm, if thats what it's reading with a volt meter, then thats definatly too low, you will likely start running in to problems.

yep, +/- 5 % is the standard. most good ones spec +/-3% well most quality ones can easily hold +/- 1% or better

OP - If your readings are from software and your system is stable, ignore it and get yourself a meter (can get a basic DMM (digital multimeter) for $10. or less) if you really want to know. The HW monitor sw is notoriously inaccurate.

actually i did measure the rails using radioshack multimeter,
what shows at asus probe seem to be correct.

i dunno anything about that psu but maby adjusting the pots to get higher voltage if it has it.

it has knob for ajustuing the fan speed, i dont find any knob for volatge adjustment

Some PSUs have voltage adjustment pots inside but often you will void the warranty if you go inside the case. IAC, since it measures with a meter to be out of tolerance, you have grounds for RMA.
