-12V question

I am running MBM5 and everything looks good exept my 12 volt readings. +12 is 11.92-11.98 but my -12 volt is -11.32 to -11.38. The 12V line is just for running fans and drive motors-correct? Is this a problem, I am planning on getting a k7s5a/1.4. The PS is an Antec 300W. I currently have 1 HD and 1 CD connected but have had 2 HD,cd and cdrw and the readings were almost identical. The system is very stable(450 k6-3+ @ 600) and all the MBM5 readings "match" the bios readings. mb is epox mvp3 g5.
