12th Circuit Court of Appeals

This has been a recurring theme for the last few years but how would you feel about breaking up the 9th Circus... err... Circuit Court into two separate courts?

CA, HI & Guam would stay with the 9th and the rest of the states would make up the 12th. It would allow for a more streamlined court process for everyone.

And before anyone says it... Yes... Dubbya would get to appoint 20 new judges.

I never claimed to be fair and balanced. 😛

So... any thoughts about a 12th Circuit? Ease up some of the congestion in the 9th?
