12pin vs 10 pin PSU to Mobo Connection

I have an Antec SmartPower 350W PSU that has a 10pin PSU to mobo connector; however, I'm worried that if I connect it to my mobo power socket that is a 12 pin that I'll fry my mobo. Will it? Any help that any of you can provide would be helpful.
 
it wont hurt it a bit i set up 2 system exactly like you described just be careful when you plug it in im pretty sure it'll only go on one way (at least easily) 🙂
