12k buget android phone?

I want to buy Android jelly bean phone.
I want
1. usb on the go
2. Office editor (if possible pdf also)
3. 5mp camera
4 at least 2 Gb internal with card support.
Intrested In samsung, Htc, xperia.
My buget 12k INR(indian rupee).

An an FYI for everyone, this is about 220 USD and about 165 Euros.

I don't think a lot of people here really know what the used or off contract phone market is like in India. I imagine you've looked for a Galaxy Nexus?
 
+1 for the Galaxy Nexus. Pricing on them dropped like a rock ever since the Nexus 4 came out. I've seen some in good shape sell for $100. It's a really good phone for the price.

the guy's in India. Galaxy Nexus in other parts of the world still sell for pretty expensive. Not everyone gets the $299/$349 pricing. Even EU and UK pricing is higher.
 
I don't see any phone which gives you all that in 12K INR. You need to let go of one or the other... and I don't think that any phone in 12K is giving office editing ability/app. You can view them, but not edit them.

Nonetheless, try the sony xperia phones (Miro/Tipo) or even the LG ones (Optimus L5 seems to fit your bill and requirements). Samsung is something that anyone and everyone would already be recommending you if you are in India, but even that has the now very old Galaxy Ace or Galaxy Y...
 
Gah.. I thought this was US dollars. I was so ready to recommend the gold plated HTC One V with diamond studded buttons.
