1290*720 - is this right res for HD?

Youtube suggests using that resolution. Is this correct? I was looking in Sony vegas if it was a preset and there are lot of close ones so wondering if Google just did a typo. I don't want to edit at that only to find it out it's wrong. Also is that square pixels?

720p = 1280x720 I have never seen 1290 on any screen anywhere ever
also
1080p = 1920x1080
1200p = 1920x1200 (most 26" and under 1080p TVs are actually computer monitors with this resolution)
1080i = 1920x(540x2interlaced frames)
480i = 720x486 (yes 486 and there top and bottom lines are actually half lines and the pixels are 10% skinner than they are tall, yay NTSC)
480p = 864x480 or 720x480 or 720x486 depending on widescreen or not and resolution.
768p = 1366x768, most TVs that are "720p" are actually 768p so they can natively accept the standard computer res of 1024x768

Not a TV. I'm making a video for youtube in HD format (first time I use that feature - I normally do 480*360). I just want to be sure I'm setting my output resolution right so I don't get any stretching.

It must be a typo. I've never heard of 1290x720

must be a typo unless they want to reserve 10 pixels for their own use.
