I just did the survey and used my shuterfly account email. The only reason I have an account is due to all the coupon codes that were mentioned here a while back that got me something like 200 4x6 prints for just shipping. Hope this comes...

I'm getting the impression that the SD card has some software on it that helps to load the shutterfly pictures. Maybe like their browser plugin. Should the card ever arrive, I'll have to see if it can be formatted out.
