I had the same error when I put Firefox as my browser. I did it again and said IE and it went through fine.

Yup, the only difference was the browser. It went fine after selecting firefox instead of ie. I wonder why they need ie.

make sure you select PC, windows XP, and IE or it will not work. At frist i tried mac because it rocks for photos and it didn't work.

Yep. Very slow link. Survey went fast once it started. Got one for me and one for MIL in same town. My daughter will probably end up with mine as I use larger cards. Shutterfly will work well for her. Thanks OP.
