Bestbuy is offering Kingston Valueram for $19.99 (after $19 mail in rebate) for 128MB PC-133 DIMM. For anyone who missed out on the "good old days" this is a pretty good deal. I use the same ram in my Duron system and it runs great for me. I also have never had any problem with bestbuy or Kingston rebates. They do arrive - eventually.

I hate the rebates as much as anyone, but for name brand consistent good stuff, I think this is a pretty good deal (at least today) Other caution, don't know if available on line, but was in their sunday morning ad locally.

PS Just checked their website, and while it shows the price of $38.99, it doesn't mention the rebate. May have to get it at the B&M stores.

I clearly remember getting a 128MB PC-133 stick for free after rebates at CU last year.

Don't worry, SDRAM is getting obsolete, 32-128MB sticks will be free again in no time 🙂
