Thanks! The sepia one is cool to me, but it doesnt seem to print out very well.
If you click on the photo, you can see the original large image I took.

(Be warned that it is huge in size!)

Just when i think I have taken my best picture with the G5, I shoot another one and it comes out awesome!

One thing I am finding is i see all of these sites with photos from the G3 or G4 and i am still trying to get the same quality in my photos I might be part of the wy there...still messing with the thing.

wow, those are some pretty good shots. What settings are you using?

For both picutres::

Shutter Speed: 1/50
Aperture: F3.5
Focal Length: 29MM
Exposure Time: 1/50th of a second
:

hmm interesting i would figure 2.8 on the apreture for the depth. Really really nice shots though... you definitely have the skills for a G5. Do you have any more nice ones?

EDIT: nevermind just saw the link. I see you like to compose with rythm ... same here for some reason i can see rythm lot more than contrast or any of the other elements

Isn't the Shutter Speed and Exposure time the same? And that Focal Length means that you nearly didn't use a zoom IIRC I'm new to photography :)

I am a big fan of framing techniques. Funny thing is, I am looking to sell my G5 and all the goodies I have with it so i can get a digital rebel or something else.

Wow! I like it converted to B & W! Looks way cool, the sepia does make the hair look better, but the contrast between the skin and the hair in black and white is great.
