128 bit encryption for W98 ???

I'm running Netscape V-4.5 (or 4.6) and need to dl the 128 bit encryption, but I don't want to take the full 6.0 upgrade. Does anyone know where/how I can dl just that specific portion??? I've tried looking at Netscape's homepage but didn't see it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
