It's a recipe book apparently, a little bit confusing but it's fairly obvious that it's not a VHS tape. Really should have included a pic to clarify.

She offered him a refund, but I think he's a tard for not reading the description:

She's selling the "Winsor Dozen and the Win in 10 meal plan." I'm just trying to figure out why he thought it was one of their VCR tapes.

It makes no mention of a VHS tape, so I wouldn't assume that the auction came with one.

Thats what I was thinking. That lends me to think there is some type of VHS.
After reading the description, I can see where its something for use without
a VHS. Does sort of create a little confusion.

That's why?

edit: he probably searched under the VHS category expecting a tape. Nevertheless, the auction is clear but many people don't read. I'd say they're both at fault.

Thanks for the feedback, guys. Like I said, she offered him a refund; I'll tell her if she relists it that it should probably go here:

Books > Nonfiction > Health & Fitness > Exercise & Fitness

Most of the other auctions have it in the same place as hers, but she's new to ebay, and I'm trying to help. :D

That buyer sucks. Although the auction is just a bit hard to follow, which may be because I am better than you.

To clarify, these are materials that come with the full set of Winsor pilates tapes. The tapes/journals are sold individually or as a set; it's not expected that if you buy one, you need/get them all.

Appreciate the feedback -- wasn't ambiguous to me but apparently is to others.

I have no idea what she is selling. How old is she? "Yeah for snacks!" ? I gather it's some sort of pamphlet to tell you what to eat?

As an uneducated buyer, the auction is confusing to me. I'm not sure it's a tape, but I'm not sure what it is at all.

However, I never buy anything without figuring out exactly what I'm buying. I would have asked if this was the tape or not BEFORE bidding.
