Yes it's backordered at the $4.99 price. Yes it will take like a month to receive (I ordered some and the estimated delivery date is early to mid June). Yes the cables are unsheathed, short, and 3-pin only with no MOLEX adapter.

But they're 9-bladed 120mm fluid dynamic bearing fans with 6 year warranties that can be mounted blowing in or out, horizontal or vertical. And that's got to count for something. Plus they aren't too loud.

Should be pretty quiet with some undervolting. But the product description at Amazon claims:

I have one, but I have to say it is louder than expected, or than my other 12cm fans.
