120hz Question

how many people here actually know what they are talking about? I used to come here for advice and it is sad to see just how ignorant some of the replies can be in a thread like this.

The Anandtech forums have fallen from grace, at one time it used to be ranked in the top 25 on Big Boards. Seems like post quality falls in relationship with ranking.

My guess is the rough transition from fusetalk drove some people from ATF and and increased forum topic segregation means some people who used to visit general hardware now hang around more specific areas of conversation.

I slightly disagree lol:

and that BenQ is a joke from what I have read. it performed worse in that little moving car test than some slower response 60hz monitors.

EDIT: the BenQ issue seems to be with trailing from its overdrive implementation.

Unfortunately there will never be a perfect monitor that fits everyone. The BenQ is a beast for what it was built for: A panel to get the image on screen as quickly as possible.
