After the guy below me gave suggestions, I edited a few things and came up with this Newegg shopping cart:
If you guys have any suggestions on better deals, please tell. I don't know of too many PC part stores.
Also, I have two concerns. The biggest concern is the heatsink. I'm still unsure of what things I need for a mild overclock. Will I get 34 bucks worth of speed out of my CPU by buying that 34 dollar heatsink?
Second concern- the GPU. Is it kind of weak if I want to play Crysis and UT3 in the future? I wanted an 8800GTS but I'm poor, and I would rather upgrade GPU later than most other things.
editing in a third major concern... Will spending 75 more bucks or so for a Q6600 make my computer last for that much longer (75 bucks worth)? I realize that in the future more games and apps will utilize quad core, and I want this to last as long as possible.
oh yeah, and Vista for system builders. anything wrong with that?
