12' Toslink/S-Video A/V Dubbing Cable $9.97 @ Radio Shack

Definitely a good deal. I really needed a good 6ft digital audio cable. I bought a couple of the 12 FT toslink combos also that I don't need if anyone needs one. I will sell them for what I paid plus shipping.......otherwise they are going back to the store.......🙂
 
If anyone in NYC needs more of these, there's a TON of the 12 ft combo cables and quite a few of the 6ft digital audio cables at the RS on 87th & 1st Ave as of 15 minutes ago. I'm willing to bet there's some other cables that may be discontinued in their A/V line. I'm going to go back tomorrow and see if any of their component cables ring up discounted. 🙂

Thanks for the info, I'm gonna try to hit them up on Thursday or Friday (hope they'll still have some left by then). I tried the local mall in my hometown (Jersey) today and they were out.
 
yay. just got back from the store. it was their last one. combo s-video/toslink 12' dubbing cable. gonna hook up the pc to the receiver later tonight and watch two towers. yay 😀
 
Another item on clearance is the 6 to 4 pin 14.5 feet firewire cable in gold series for $9.97. Stock number is 15.2311.

Price? Any idea if any of their long 6 to 6 pin ones are discounted? I'd like to experiment a bit with a firewire network.
 
snagged a 12ft toslink/svideo cable in Antioch,CA on Sommersville Rd. They had at least 5 or 6 more. It took two salespeople about 5 minutes to find them. They couldn't believe it when they saw that they are regularly 50 bucks. One sales guy said he might buy one for himself. The cables are not with all the others, they were off to the left side of the store, kind of hidden.

Yup. Grabbed a couple of these. The 3' Toslink was 2.97. Didn't notice the part number.

i musta picked this up the day before they went on clearance b/c it was $20 for me. took them back today and picked up the 12" toslink/s video. they still had plenty in stock, id bet all their gold series is being closed out.

your 20 days late there buddy. I didn't think Radio Shack was capable of offering anything
at a decent price, their prices are horrific almost just as bad as the quality of their products.
 
Can't imagine so many people needing 12' cables. Why? Guess cable length isn't an issue with digital cables (?), but w/ S-video, it's best to get the shortest you need, right?
 
Deal is still good, just picked up the 12 foot cable set. Anyone need an optical cable? I just need the s-video.....
 
I got two for $4.97 ea @ my local RS like 6 weeks ago. They had them on a clearance table at the front of the store.
