i have an old 4x8 yamaha scsi burner that i'd like to upgrade, and was wondering which was the better path? With my scsi yamaha and can do anything while burning, I oftentimes play Q3 or UT while burning with no problems whatsoever. Is this possible with the ide plextor?

linh... unfortunately.... they don't make an 8/4/32 scsi plextor:(

your only scsi options would be the 8/20, the 8/2/20 or the 12/4/32..
