Has anyone used one of these at work or at home? I am interested in setting one up at work and having our mobile (laptop) users connect this way all the time so they can roam the building and stay constantly connected. Anyone have any experience with these? Also, I am going to purchase a Compaq iPaq PocketPC with the PC Card sleeve and a wireless PC card. Anyone used this arrangement on a wireless network?
 
On a company budget? Grab Compaq cards, and either the access point software, or the access point hardware. Will definitly work with the iPaq, and will even be supported by them.

For a home solution, grab an Apple Airport as a basestation/router, and use the Windows "Freebase" software to configure it. Been wireless on my laptop for 9 months, and have loved it.
 
a couple friends have experience with wireless eithernet, haven't had anything bad to say about it.
