That amount of alcohol would put him at like 0.86... Considering there's an article with a 0.90+ BAC, I'd say it's possible. Unlikely... but possible.

Going out to eat is usually more important to the female anyway. If you want awesome food, stay home and cook for yourself. Complaining about OG's food is silly.

Going out to dinner is a hobby of mine, guess that makes me a chick. :Q

I tend to belive the story, the guy was 7'4" and 550lbs+ so if he drank as often as they say it wouldn't surprise me. I love all the stories about Andre, I have read the stories about filming the Princess Bride but some of these i'd never heard before.

Another time, in the ?70s, Andre was holding court at a beach-front bar in the Carolinas, boozing it up with fellow wrestlers Blackjack Mulligan, Dick Murdoch, and the inimitable Ric Flair. They?d been drinking with gusto for hours when Flair goaded Mulligan and Murdoch into some slap-boxing with Andre, who had poured over 60 beers down his gullet. One of the two ?accidentally? sucker-punched Andre. The Giant became enraged, grabbed both Mulligan (6?5?, 250 lbs.) and Murdoch (6?3?, 240 lbs.) and dragged them into the ocean, one in each hand, where he proceeded to hold them under water. Flair intervened, and Andre released the men, assuring them he was only playing around. Murdoch and Mulligan, who had nearly drowned, weren?t so sure, but neither messed with Andre the Giant again. They also picked up the tab.

i did a power hour once, which was one shot of beer every minute, for 60 minutes and that was hard enough. the trick is do it on an empty stomach. true you'll get more drunk, but you'll more than likely throw up on a full one.

I think i posted this story a while ago...there stories of mid 5 figure bar tabs at the end of his hotel stays too.

he'd drink a fifth like a normal dude would do a couple shots.

Eh... I don't believe he could drink 119 beers and not die.

Not the first time something crazy has happened.

CLick

The head of Plovdiv police, Col. Angel Rangelov, said five separate lab tests taken the same day confirmed the man's blood-alcohol level of 0.914.

A blood-alcohol level of 0.55 is considered potentially fatal.

Hrmm... the first BAC I tried that allowed me to enter 119 beers gave a result in that range. So I suppose I can believe that he did it, but he should have died.

daily drinkers have a much higher tolerance to alcohol. This is where the term functional alcoholic came from I think. Dude should be fall down drunk but he is doing needlepoint or something perfectly.

With a beer every 3 min where the hell did he find the time to piss?

This guy was huge, I'm assuming he had a huge bladder and could also pound a single beer in a matter of seconds.

119*12 = 1428oz

1428oz/128 = 11+ gallons.

No matter how fat the man is it is unlikely that he had an 11 gallon bladder!

doesn't go directly to your bladder, also never said he didn't piss.

I've done case races against friends and finished in 5 hours. Thats a beer every 10 minutes, pretty steady pace. I can also shotgun a beer in >3 seconds but damn. This guy puts me to shame. The last time I drank more than 40 beers in a night i ended up throwing up in my sleep twice, and I was unable to walk until 5pm the next day.

I have only attempted century club twice, and this was years ago. I made it through both times but immediately after I finished I had to let loose all the foam that was building up in my stomach. I can't make myself burp so that's part of the problem, so much carbonation building up without a chance to get released is a recipe for ralphing. Hour of Power's are much easier.
