I can't do that, at least I can put the thought in your head.

The thought has always been in my head, and I realize and support the need for active governmental and civic involvement in enforcing and improving environmental standards. However, running around like Chicken Little accomplishes nothing. Look beyond the last five years for personal evidence of global trends.
