if theres no bill in/on the box charging you anything or nothing comes in the mail I dont think they could charge you...
 
just open one of them, keep the other one for a month. If they still don't contact you, free laptop for you!
 
It's all about ethics, morals, doing the right thing, etc.

They have your new cc number although it's probably maxed out, they could charge you for the 2nd laptop.

actually it has about 8k credit left on it..
I'm just gonna keep it sealed and new and send it back if they come a knockin
