Well, the reason I ask is because on the audit report, page 11, she breaks down the awarded amount by project, with a description of the projects on page 13. For example, on the Left Turn Arrows, LADOT was awarded $4 million to construct 65 new left turn arrows.

But Nickolette took a shot at this being a reflection of the failed stimulus, which we now see when all the facts are known is not the case at all. If Obama had appointed someone or created a committee to oversee the stimulus in these states you would have complained about him creating to many czars or being some kind of tyrant. So you can't have it both ways. This in no way reflects poorly on the stimulus, just LA.
