110 termination?

Hi,
I'm finally wiring my house with cat5e and the jacks and patch panel require 110 terminations. I ordered these jacks Text and this patch panel Text . It says its "easy" but I can't find a site that shows how to use the tool and how this should be done. I bought this termination tool if that makes any difference Text

So any help on how this works would be great because I can't find any instructions on the proper way to do a 110 termination. Thanks.
Travis

Follow the color coded instruction on the jacks and patch panel. Just match the color on the jack with the wires and you should be set.

Another hint: the punch tool has two setting for impact, ONLY use the soft punch .... and only punch the connection once (twice maybe if you fail to cut onteh first one.

Repetitive punching will distort the Insulation Displacement blades.

If you mess up and have to pull a wire, be sure to get out all the insulation or remaining wire between the blades. Do not lay down a wire over another.
