over 200lbs.

I do a lot of 98" & 100" TV installs for business clients & a lot of people's walls simply don't support the weight lol. I used to prefer projectors, but I just downscale the resolution to 1080p on the big screen, hook up a fanless Mele for Windows conferencing, and you get a very nice display that doesn't need the lights off for under $2k! Plus everyone can read the Excel sheets from the back of the room lol.

TCL has a 115", but it's $20k. This Hisense 110" is $15k...but you can get the 100" for $2k to $4k depending on the model. They have a 136" Mini-LED coming out, but no word on price yet. Should drive prices down even further! The Walmart-brand 98" TV is already $1,500:

That’s a wild price for a brand that usually goes for way less. But I guess size and tech are driving the cost up, especially with that mini-LED.

At the moment:

135" Hisense = $ TBD
116" TCL = $20k
110" Hisense = $15k

100" = $1.8k+
98" = $1.5k
85" = $700
75" = $400

We live in crazy times. I used to do a TON of home theater installs & the price drops vs. the quality is INSANE!! The Valerion Max projector (RGB triple-laser) does 300" for $4k:

$10k JV vs. $3k VisionMaster Pro2: (mid-range model)

All of this stuff used to cost $50k to $100k to get setup. Now you just buy it off Amazon or Walmart & plug it in at your house lol. Samsung has super-crazy Atmos soundbar systems for $1k to $1.8k:

A 100" TV for $1.8k & a Samsung Q990D 11.1 system for $1.5k is a pretty insane combination for around $3.5k with mounting equipment. That's still a very pricey setup, but also totally bonkers for a residential surround-sound setup with a HUGE TV!
