Thats about half the temperature needed to smoke a good pork shoulder. Personally, I keep my smoker at 220-230ish and really pile on the smoke for the first 45 minutes. Then I back it off to just a thin blue smoke and let it cook slow for several hours. Then put it in foil, add apple juice or water, and let that moisture really seep into the meat.

Think I'm going to smoke one this weekend in fact.
