the burrito i get at chipotle:
1236 calories
55 grams fat
20 grams sat fat
130 mg cholesterol
and the real kicker:
3724 mg of sodium.

Haven't had most of those, but I will say that the mushroom swiss burger was a disappointment. I much prefer the baconator. 2 baconators and some chili and some fries and coffee and a frosty makes for an excellent lunch 🙂

For a whale...

Good grief!

I can honestly say that I've only even heard of one of those items, the Quizno's Prime Rib Cheesesteak.

More calories doesn't necessarily mean worse for you.

No, but high calorie, plus high fat (and high saturated), plus high sodium is not really a great combination.

KT

Well I know that 😉 *sips on vegetable juice*

Oh holy crap! Man I'm glad we no longer have a Quizno's near me. That prime rib cheesesteak was as much of a weakness as I've experienced!

I love the signature hot chocolate, especially hazelnut. But I started getting it as a short and without whip. Which makes me feel a little better, although I still probably shouldn't be drinking it.

I was hoping this would include things like fair food. At the Minnesota State Fair this year, some stands were selling chocolate covered bacon on a stick.

Or other homemade stuff like the guy who put a McChicken inside a double cheeseburger (McChurger): http://img206.imageshack.us/my...?image=dscn0553ph0.jpg

A national story kinda has to use nationally available products.. I'm sure that there are thousands of local foods that are far worse.

Nice! I think this list was just supposed to contain readily available items that anyone can get at the local joints.

Of course. When I saw the thread I thought it may have been more of a fluff piece focused on the most innovatively unhealthy food of the year, but I see it's actually about food you can buy anywhere.

I got one of those box meals from KFC once, that is a lot of food.
QFT. I couldn't even finish the brownie.

How much do they cost again?
i think the one i had was $7.99 CDN. ie. so cheap that you HAVE to get it.

i think it was...

- 1 classic sandwich
- 4 chicken nuggets
- chicken fries
- a thing full of popcorn chicken
- a brownie

hmm. there had to be more.

Same here. I got a bunch of people addicted to it over the holidays. 😱

I gave it a try but I guess I require simple flavor combinations. The salty and sweet was good but when I want hot chocolate i mostly just want the sweet part.

(also hates chocolate + mint or fruit but likes them separate)

HOLY SHIT! 266G OF SUGAR? WTF LOL!? That damn shake has more calories than I eat in a day. O_O I should start eating those, I would pack on the pounds pretty fast! 😉

Jesus christ... 320% your daily saturated fat. 😵 Man, wow. That shit is crazy.

Oh, and I have ate none of these things. I have ate mcdonalds quite a few times though.

Must find a Baskin Robbins...

in terms of calories: White Castle Chocolate Shake-1680, Nathan's Fish N Chips-1537,
Hardee's Monster Thickburger-1420. i never eat anything at burger king, mcdonalds or kfc. wendy's burgers are a lot better than the rest, salads are good too. taco bells crunchy taco supreme is only 200 calories and very filling.

I loved the salted caramel signature hot chocolate when it first came out. The 2nd time I tried it, I added a single shot of espresso, and that made it so much better.

But the last time I ordered one, they gave me the equivalent of a watered down mocha latte. :frown:
