Just wondering if anyone got their $11 V3 3000 cards from Nodandoon. I haven't even heard from the company about processing the order or anything. Anyone else have any luck?

Guys, I would be very surprised if anyone received the cards. On paper, it looks like a good deal, but in reality, I just don't think it will happen judging from the reputation of the seller.

Shut up Richard just lost $500. Not bad, at least he didn't lose $5 million :)

Yeah we can always dispute it with the CC company. If I don't hear anything from them by Monday, that's what I'm gonna do.

You won't win any dispute with your credit card company with for charges made to PayPal. PayPal lived up to their obligation, your beef is with a third party that you sent payment to. Anyone who tried this is going to be out the amount they sent.

It is possible to get a charge back from PayPal. On the first time I used it and Eb@y, I lost 200.00. I did a credit dispute against PayPal and I won. I lost my account with PayPal but, if you think about it... PayPal is the perfect avenue to support a scam.

PayPal has also modified their user agreement in the past two weeks because of the increasing number of scams. Users can now dispute CC charges with PayPal in the same fashion as any other merchant. PayPal states now that they support this sort of consumer protection...

How much warning do people need!?!

Read this and find out how about 100 of us got taken and what PayPal and Yahoo! have (or have not!!!!) done to help.

Here is the link to the MSNBC article
http://www.msnbc.com/news/434192.asp

PayPal is great if you are getting money. If you do get money, empty your account immediately. If you are sending money, PayPal offers no protection!

Look here to see the latest on the hard drive scam with Yahoo! and PayPal! This could be you!

http://server3001.freeyellow.com/samjj/flash.html

This scammer has been defrauding people since last year and Yahoo! did nothing! The scammer started another bogus scam on Yahoo! this week.

He was detected by one of the victims and turned in to PayPal which froze the scammer's account before the auctions ended. PayPal is now paying attention.

One person who was victimized last year recognized bogus auctions on Yahoo! and proceeded to outbid everyone on each and every auction. Then, he refused to pay for anything. The only way he would stop bidding was if the scammer refunded his money. He got his refund....Yahoo! did nothing!

i called 703-751-1225 and the broad said she kept getting calls for that buy but she didnt know who he was...im not sure if i believe her or not though
i also called "(720)533-9061" which is the phone number for Hashemi, Parvane when i do a whois on the domain..

heh..seems like a bit of a pickle that some of you are in. If they are at all legit, they sure know how to give good customer service!

I hope all turns out well when it's all said and done.
