Did they force this person to drink the water? I had no idea drink mass quantities of water would kill you.

you need to maintain a certain sodium concentration in order to live if you only drink water than yeah you can die

though i dont think this is the case with this person because usually it is when you drink too much water and do lots of strenuous activity in extreme heat

They used to put the arrested person's address in the newspaper articles all the time. I don't see anything wrong with it.

How about if they arrested someone that wasn't really involved, who was later found to be innocent, yet they had to endure massive amounts of harassment at their homes because the info was published?
