11 in 1 USB 2.0 card reader

One thing to keep in mind with these multi-format readers is they rack up several drive letters every time you connect it. Mine puts up no less than 5, even though I only need one. Not a big deal, but Explorer gets a little crazy with all those drives!

bought fromthem sevral times a long time ago a few years back, didn't really have any bad experiences tho . . . they've had ok deals in the past, no experience with their rebates tho
 
i bought a 128mb sd card FAR last month. Rebate shows up as valid on wheresmyrebate. no problems for me till now.

That's just a mistaken appearance. If you continue to the next screen, the shipping drops back to $2.99
 
I don't think this thing is even in stock. There was an earlier thread on this and someone said it's unlikely to be back in stock before the rebate expires. Perhaps someone who ordered can call and verify.
 
My order showed as BO so I just called and these won't be in stock until March. I cancelled my order, of course.
 
I got mine yesterday. Must have gotten one of the last ones.
Tried it with SD/MMC and CF, and it works great.
It looks nice too, and has a conveniently long USB cable.
 
11 in 1 is an exaggeraiton - it treats variations in the same standard as different format. E.g this 10-in-1 actually handles more than this 11-in-1 (including xD)

This reader from OnSale.com only costs $15 and S&H is only $3 for a total of $18. AND there is a $15 rebate.
HTF can you complain about that?

The total for the Dell reader is $43.45 (vs $18) with a measly $10 rebate (vs $15).
The Dell reader will cost you an EXTRA $25.45 before rebates, and an EXTRA $30.45 after reabates ($33.45 vs $3.00).
Realistically, there is NO COMPARISON!!!!
