I got this case also last week and it looks great. No dents anywhere. I think you may have gotten a bad one, so you may want to return it. I was able to put my ECS k7s5a and my Duron 800 to test it out and it worked flawlessly. The front USB ports look great too. The only thing I am concerned about is the PS does look like a very generic model and not sure if I can run an XP 2000+ on it like I had planned. Either way.. still a nice case IMHO.

Just got mine yesterday. Helluva nice case for the money. Its built pretty sturdy too. Alot of other cheaper cases are cheesy and flimsy.

Just got it!!!! Very nice! I was surprised it seems very sturdy..... Question Will the front USB wires connect to my ECS K7S5A? The connectors look a bit different?

It's too early to say, but for 37.85 shipped I am very pleased....

Yes.. the front USB can connect to the ECS k7s5a. You have to look at the pin schematics found online and just make sure you put each pin in the right hole. Just do a search for it on Google.

I think there are people confused that this case is the same case inside as the 12-bay atx case at Compgeeks going for $10 cheaper. From what I've heard about the 12-bay case, this does not seem to be the case. IMHO, I don't think this case is made of flimsy metal and the PCI slot covers are like normal slot covers.

Just thought I'd give those which were worried these were the same cases a justified reason why I don't think they are.

I swear that note wasn't there when i ordered it..... I specifically got this case over the GREEN/silver case with 12 slots because of that warning listed for those.... Can anyone back me up on that?


As for my final price 34.95-10 % =31.85 + 6.00 ground to AZ = 37.85

Hmm.. do u think they could mean the old Athlon systems and not the Athlon XP's? Like how some people were saying it wouldn't work with a Thunderbird?

If you?re building a system with expensive parts, don?t skip on a great power supply.

I have an old Antec Case with 300w power supply, and it's still running smooth with 4 hard drives, 1 DVD-ROM, 2 CD-RW, and multiple USB device.

Just wanted to update everyone....

Well I installed my Anthlon XP 1700 and it is running very well 2 weeks straight..... I am astounded at all the cooling options it has. As per AMD tech guide recommendations I will be installing a front mounted 92mm intake fan both to cool the case and the HD's .... Lots of room and the power supply is not in the way. Everyone remarks how much it looks like a dell.

Damn out of stock! I loved the first one so much I was gonna get 2 more.

Does anyone know if Compgeeks carries this case all time or if it was a one shot deal? Are there any other online sources for this case? Thanks!
