11-99 Foundation?

So I see all of these sick ass cars on the road near Bel Air with this license plate frame and that they are a member. Its all MB SL63 AMGs, BMWs, etc. so I take out my phone and do a quick google and this is what I found...

You can buy the 11-99 plate frames on ebay.

My concealed permit works just as well. Only $13.00 a year, and I get to have a full 17 round magazine.

one of my old bosses was a work comp lawyer and member of the 11-99 foundation. his clientele was pretty much a makeup of SDPD and CHP.
