2008 Election Real straight talk from Dave
There was so much flow of data that there was no need to watch the incessant blabber on TV, listen to the viral platitudes spewed by radio or spin by the Internet.
Instead all of the information both real and misleading was vetted right here.
Unlike just four short years ago there was no swiftboating this go round, no Dan Rather but also sadly no Tim Russert.
However for a while I thought the expression of free thought was going to be suppressed.
I believe the powers that be even realized that would be a mistake and took a step back, kudos go to you guys too both known and unknown for switching to the high road rather than the low road.
I?m sure that no matter who wins the top position of this country Tuesday there will be hurt feelings, that?s just the nature of the beast of this thing called Democracy.
Hopefully that very thing we call Democracy will carry on and we all go on forward building this nation. :beer:
