Just a quick tip for anyone installing a water block on their shiny new 1080ti.
To remove the stock cooler there are several small hex bolts that need to come out.
If you do not possess a socket small enough to fit the bolts, heating the end of an acrylic ball point pen (remove the tip and ink well first) and sliding it over the top of one bolt will fashion a makeshift driver to easily remove these bolts.
It's a tip I picked up from Ben Beck show some time ago that really paid off this last weekend so thought I would pass it on.
1080ti is now happily running under water at 2085 with no throttling.
