I'll also suggest finding a cheap used 2500K or 2600 on eBay on a FS/FT forum. Should help with Frame times as well. If you don't plan on upgrading in 4 years then buy the best you can right now. I would wager the 1060 3GB is a better than a 1050Ti 4GB. With your resolution it's really a non-issue. Even if you upgrade to 1080p, you can dial down a couple of settings if you need to. You don't seem like a graphical snob to me (if you're okay with 30fps), so you'd be surprised how well even a 2GB card does at 1080p - medium settings most games. I've being gaming on a lot of older cards lately, and I've been surprised at how well a lot of them do.

Well that's probably cause i am suffering from Keratoconus, so 60 FPS, 120 Fps, 144 FPS, 30 FPS its all the same for me, i mean i can but it wont be anything significant for me. I do however love to play with max details cause (without any AA cause yea wont make a difference for me) i do appreciate nice textures when i can notice them.

Its just personal. I would take the 1060 3gb and skimp on the texture quality. I just cant see the difference while i play.
Higher res is always a huge benefit imo and i love gaming 4k bf1. I mean in many situations higher resolution and also higher fps screens is just a compettitive advantage. I only use shotguns and shovels but hey for some it is an advantage :)

The 1600 plus 350mb with some oc is a dirt cheap and fast option but a 4 core gets you most of the way so i would just plug in a cheap used i5 or i7.
My 2 cent.
