106-year-old voter chooses Obama

I always like reading news sites from abroad to get their perspective on our politics. I found this story rather neat. 🙂 A nun who hasn't voted since the 1950's is putting her support behind Obama. It's a good example of how Obama inspires people and gives them faith in positive change.

I started watching BBC America a while back for shows like Torchwood and Primeval.
It is ASTOUNDING how their news shows report the news.
They really are fair and balanced.

I don't know if it is BBC or not, but on NPR at night there is British news coverage of the world and the USA. Their political coverage is very balanced, I must say.

The second coming of Stalin would give just as much "inspiration & hope" in light of the last 8yrs.

Domestic U.S. news is shitty. Even CNN international is good, I'd say better than the BBC because the BBC can get bogged down in soccer news and other UK-centric issues.
