1055T OC'ing to 4ghz + Ram: DDR1333 or 1600 req?

I'm running my Phenom II X4 at 3.8ghz on 1333 ram, and I have enough headroom to hit 4ghz while keeping my memory in spec with a 1:2 divider (the lowest one my board supports). I'm on a 12.5 multiplier. If the 1055T uses anything lower than a 12.5 multiplier, then it could be tricky.
 
That said, the 1600mhz ram is probably worth it for the performance boost it offers. Does it really cost that much more? If you watch for hot deals you can find it for around as cheap as the 1333 stuff.
 
Good to know. He's decided to go ahead and go for 2x4GB 1600 even though it costs more (he's building this at some other website because it's about $100 more than him doing it all himself, and his mom can get a 1% loan for that place, so he can bank the cash for rent or something, so building himself is not an option). Then he can take it to Bulldozer with him if he ever upgrades.
