So let me get this straight.

2 people on the same street, let their viciouis cat and dog play around in the yard...

Yeah... ok.

I'd sue your a$$ off if your cat attacked my dog.

I'd laugh at you if your dog get sent to the vet by a cat.

You'd have to be able to prove the cat attacked, rather than the dog

Selective quoting is fun! :D

You cant tell me your rate of kitten killing would be unaffected if you could bend far enough to give yourself a BJ.
Good point. Not sure if I'd suck my own schlong though...:Q

I agree here. If I found a cat in my yard attacking one of my dogs I would definitely shoot the damn cat without thinking twice. People with dogs are expected to keep their animals on their own property so cat owners should do the same.....or a menace cat becomes fair game in my book.

Hope he gets well.

One of my dogs would have run away with his tail between his legs. :D

The other would have killed your cat. Even if you were 10' away it would have been dead before you get there (He was a police dog that didn't make it because he was too agressive... of cource we didn't realize this when we got him :p).

and I'm sure your dog would appreciate you fighting for it, and making it look bad in front of all the other dogs... :p

What the hell are you doing letting that thing run around lose? I hate irresponsible cat owners. If that happend on my yard your butt would be paying my dogs vet bills and the next time I caught your cat outside it might just end up at the pound.

I hate irresponsible dog owners. As a kid, I was attacked several times by dogs and I even broke my arm once trying NOT to hurt one of them. I have no sympathy for the dog as it more than likely provoked the fight in a case like this.

Well I totally agree. I've tried to tame him before myself, but nothing worked. So I figured if he got his @$$ wiped across the map a few times he'd straighten up. Looking at this poor baby, I think he's learned his lesson. Or if not, he'll definately think twice before trying something like that again. In all honesty I want this little escapade to knock some sence into him so I don't have to.

Did you read the post?
1. Happend in the dog owner's front yard
2. cat likes to fight
3. cat has been in several fights with other dogs
that adds up to irresponsible cat owner

I don't like irresponsible dog owners either but that doesn't look like what happend here.

Wrong Rent. From LordRaiden ". About 2 hours ago I had to take my cat to the vet cause he picked a fight with one of the neighbors new dogs. For a change, he lost and lost bad. "

Or maybe you could just keep him in the house.

Personally, I don't care which one of them started it so long as they both learn their lesson. More so mine than the dog. I'm tired of him toming. It's getting old. Normally my cat is a total sweetheart. He's a nice cat, but you pick a fight with him, he WILL NOT back down. Normally he won't start the fight (references woodchuck fight when saying that) but that's not always nessisarily true. But he sure was good at finishing them. And I am not irresponsible as a pet owner. My philosophy was, if my teaching him wouldn't cure him of fighting, then a little pain and suffering would sure do the trick. Pain is the best teacher. Believe me. (pets mummy wrapped kitty)

What kind of a dog was this that got into the fight with your cat?

Any kinda respectable dog would have dominated your cat completely. I can't stand cat owners like you. You just let your cat run loose throughout the neighborhood wrecking havok. It probably brings fleas and diseases back into your house.

You make it sound like you're proud of your cat. Somehow, I highly doubt you're a very responsible owner.
