Consider this the proverbial straw. Stuff like this happens on a daily basis. I've got a couple thousand examples.
Sooner or later you'll realize humans make mistakes. Seems like you're guy that'll chew someone out on your team for making a mistake and you demand perfection.
Also from what it seems, your parents are completely normal people, welcome to life, knowing calculus and being a rocket scientist is all good and fine, but social skills are even more important than either of those.
Hell my mom gave up on learning english years ago and my dad wants a iPhone because his coworkers want one and both of them give my intelligence a lot less credit that I think it deserves but you just go with it, work through it and be friendly because not everyone has the time, effort or cynical attitude to not trust salesmen and research every little thing and expect to know the right things to say and do every single time. Not everyone is going to act in a way that you agree with. The ability to deal with it in a sane and non aggressive is what separates civilized society from the bottom feeders like religious extremists, neo nazis and sociopaths.
Society is just a bunch of people that have gotten together and developed the ability to put up and befriend with others that annoy them. I really hope you learn that lesson soon, because you're going to be a very miserable person until you do.
