100's Of New Trucks Parked In The Desert

I see them on Google Earth. As a side note, I don't think that's desert as the surrounding areas are quite green. The series of shots that make up that area were probably done in the winter versus the surrounding area in the fertile months.

Is there an assembly plant nearby? Ford perhaps? Could be storage. The imports are stored like crazy at the docks on the West coast.

Edit: It could be the storage lot for a company that does conversions for commercial purposes. Which would explain the building. There is a company within a few miles of me that does this. These vehicles are different colors though, so that's probably not the case.
 
Raced last weekend at MidAmerica Motoplex, just 1/2 mi. or so south. Saw all those trucks and wondered why?

Hawkins-Marsh Ford. The big lot is most likely some storage lot for the dealer. Farm country so I am sure they sell a ton of pick up trucks.

That's a lot of red and blue cars. I knew red was popular, but didn't think blue was THAT popular.

No, they're all Semi trackters. All identical, all new, no logos, just different colors.

It couldn't be a dealership, who's ever see a Semi truck dealer with 1500+ trucks in inventory! 1500 x $100K!!! $150 million ...no way!
