We have GLC-LH-SM fiber SFP's on our edge routers.
We're in process of a new circuit install, and VzB is saying the circuit was ordered as 100Mbps port, 100Mbps service.

It's in contrary to what I thought (1Gbps port & 100Mbps service, so that we have room to grow).

Regardless, does anyone know if GLC-LH-SM can operate as 100Mbps?
I'm not seeing an option to set it to 100M:

CS-RTRI-34-231(config)#int g0/1
CS-RTRI-34-231(config-if)#speed ?
1000 Force 1000 Mbps operation
auto Enable AUTO speed configuration

CS-RTRI-34-231(config-if)#

depending on verizon, you could still connect at 1Gbps and recieve 100Mbps service...they just police the port on their end.

else, check out the GLC-GE-100FX or a fiber transceiver.

Also keep in mind that the GLC-T, copper SFP only does 1000 Base-T in some platforms. Depending on platform and software however it can do 10/100/1000.
